Remember to upload, email or fax the following documents to us within 5 days of submitting a transaction using this form:

  1. Signed Authorization
  2. Completed Financial Statement
  3. Hardship Letter
  4. Proof of Income
    • 2 Recent Paystubs
    • 2007 Tax Returns with all schedules and attachments (W-2's and 1099's)
    • 2008 Tax Returns with all schedules and attachments (W-2's and 1099's)
    • Self-Employed: 6 months bank statements and YTD Profit and Loss Statement
  5. Recent Mortgage Statements
  6. Signed Request for Negotiations Hold Harmless Disclosure
  7. Listing Agreement
  8. Purchase and Sale Agreement (when available)
